About me I have 1br in a 3 br available from 15 June. It is at 4th and Semlin, (in the Commercial area) 7 blocks from the skytrain, easy access to downtown/everywhere. Rent includes all utilities, internet, and cable, and there is laundry. The entire 3 br is all new. Rent will be $560 after the first month. It's unfurnished, so all 3 of us would pitch in to get a sofa and some small kitchen stuff (the suite has basic kitchen appliances) from Value Village or maybe the free stuff part of craigslist. If we can't find a reasonably clean sofa we may have to spend a bit more than I hope to spend. Unless you have furnishings. It is a basement but the ceilings are 8 feet and there is a reasonably sized window in each room, and we get some garden space which I won't use. If you move in you will be living with two female glassblowers in their early and mid 20s.
